What a disappointment. I’ve been buying UGGS for decades. This is the second pair I’ve returned because of poor fit/quality and the last pair I’ll order. Remember that wonderful cocoon feeling your feet had slipping into a pair of UGGs? These are not that. They feel stiff and clunky. It’s like In order to compensate for the lack of suppleness, the boots are a bit bigger and longer, more shell-like, and not as cute as the picture. You can see traces of glue in the seam where the sole meets the upper. These boots are made in China and it shows.
On the positive side, the red color is wonderful. I really wanted to like them. I would pay double for a pair of the original quality UGGS

I was not happy to see white stitching on the front of the white boot. Did not want to pull it out for fear it would harm the tan stitching

The boots were nothing of what I expected. They look like a cheaper version of ugg boots. I sent them back for a refund.

I love them…But too small. Smaller than my other 6 pairs of UGGS! And they don’t look good on me. YOU however will love them if you size up.
